On another note, what’s this about “off to the salon”?  Well, if you’re a good Mina Member (ie:  in frequent contact and/or following me on Twitter), you know I’ve finished that nail tech course I took this summer and have started working 4 days a week at the salon across the street from my house.  If you didn’t know, well, now you do.  It’s going awesome and after 8 years of sitting in this chair, it’s been nice to be out.  Not that I haven’t enjoyed the hell of doing nothing but homemade online indie porn, but after 8 years of anything, no matter how enjoyable, it was definitively time for something new.

That isn’t to say it hasn’t had its challenges.  Juggling the two, plus the house, and then finding time for myself and Joe has been dicey at times, so once again I do have to thank Members for their patience with me as I get a handle on things.  Slowly but surely, I’m feel like I’m getting things under control and getting that cleaning service I used to have back starting next week is going to make me feel even more so.  Yay — more time for porn!

In other news and in no particular order:

• We DID the trip to New Brunswick (Canada, Americans), visited my parents and my father is out of the hospital and doing much better.  Thanks so much to all who showed concern and support, especially my honey Joe who was ready to go even before I was.  THAT was frickin’ scary.
• I am still not used to getting up at 6:30am in the morning but I do tend to get an awful lot done.
