So, holy crap it’s been a busy few weeks! As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been taking a nail technician’s course and have finally finished 2/3 of it. Now I’ve got two weeks off until my exams on August 5th, then I’m back for three more days August 24th.

I can’t get shit done around here Thursday – Sunday…probably because The Man is home then and we tend to prefer to hang with each other or get the hell out of here.
Happily, when I finish the course and start working at the salon across the street (convenient…si?), my schedule will be more Wednesday to Friday (and probably every 2nd Saturday — be damned if I’m working every single one), giving me back my preferred schedule. A HUGE thanks to Mina Members for their patience with my exhaustion and absences from the SpyCams (apparently watching the cats just doesn’t do it for them the same way, hehehe), and their support and encouragement during this time. You guys rock!

In other news, we have managed a bit of fun. Thursday, we took a drive to Quebec City to see a music festival.
